Westbloom is a Calgary based cannabis and associated products retailer. Canopy Growth Corp is a world-leading diversified cannabis, hemp and cannabis device company. Canopy Growth operates retail stores across Canada under its award-winning Tweed and Tokyo Smoke banners.
Redcap&Truss acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Westbloom shareholders and facilitated the sale by:
- Quarterbacking all due diligence and documentation communications required between Canopy and advisors involved in the transaction
- Negotiating the final LOI (letter of intent) and assisted with the drafting and negotiation of PSA (share purchase and sale agreement) with Canopy
